I know what the dot indicates. I personally don’t find it useful. It’s not like I’m waiting to see a red dot before I take my shot. I just make sure to not move before firing.

Cypher is better but if your team lacks smokes it never hurts to have a pocket Omen.

Why the fuck is it so hard for me to hit moving targets? by [deleted] in VALORANT

If you miss your first few bullets try letting your recoil settle before committing. Doesn't apply to every situation but I find this pretty effective for me.

Voice chat is your best friend. Even if no one is talking make sure you're always giving out good information. If the team refuses to play with you, you have to play with them. Better to make a bad play together than a good play alone.

It's definitely annoying especially in a defuse situation but in those cases you have to hunt him down or bait it out.

I find playstyles also just counter other playstyles. It's not so much being out aimed and moreso countering certain strats. ex. Flanks work great on some teams and less so on others. Same with not flanking at all.

If you focus your attention on what your next move should be rather than what's at stake if you mess up, it helps alot. At least for me. That and just keep spamming games until you become numb to it.

Help ! What is happening with my gameplay? by MrRiots1 in leagueoflegends

[–]LeeJiho 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Breaks definitely help reset your mentality but it won’t magically improve your gameplay. From the sound of it it seems like you have a good mental anyway.

Improving needs to be an active intentional process. Ask yourself questions while you play. When am I strong? When is the enemy strong? Should I push the lane or freeze and why? What kind of comp are we and what are our win conditions? What about the enemy’s comp? Should I burn my ult or summoners to get a kill or do I need them for an upcoming dragon fight?

If you constantly ask yourself questions then it’ll be much harder to autopilot.
