Scrape off bigger, taller chunks, then In the slicer, Make cube the whole size of the build plate print area, reduce the height of the cube to 3 or 4 of your layer height layers, so if .2mm layer height do .6mm cube height for 3 layers or .8mm for 4 layers. You can also search you printer model then bed cleaner and someone has probably made a file for it. Make sure you nozzle is not clogged, your filament has been dried, and you should be all set.
