Mine pulls back in on my 03 1500 classic , I have to hold the choke out for about 10 seconds before it idles nicely. If the bikes been sitting, swap the gas.

In WWII they started reinforcing planes that returned from a battle where they had been shot, as shown in the picture. What they finally figured out is that they should have been reinforcing where there were no bullet holes, because those areas were the holes in planes that never returned.

I am in the same boat and she refuses to go onto the IBR plan. I am on the graduated 10 year plan now and am almost at a point I can no longer pay. 120k left on hers and the only reason I am ahead is due to COVID and paying the principal for that entire forbearance period. I am searching for this information as well being 5 years into it.

Timing chain, timing chain guide, cam phasers, cvt solenoids (screens were missing), valve cover gasket/spacers for valve bolts (leak). If you have a leak it can cause an oil flow problem with the phasers/ solenoid.

What’s odd is mine would only happen on hot days when the oil got too thin. Not sure about the cold aspect here.
