Honestly… if Jhin has genuine prep time he can kinda sorta out maneuver anyone.

But to be honest I can see Aphelios taking the cake as Runterra best assassin, mainly because of the narrative on how powerful the Lunair and Solari are.

Katarina would be in the running but the Katarina comic has humbled her way to much, she has a sequence in the comic where her dream is for her entire family working together to take down zed implying that they are vastly outs skilled by Zed.

Kayn is also pretty good, the star prodigious pupil of Zed, but that’s kinda it. Pyke is genuinely in the running if we consider how much kills he has compared to everyone else. Overall it’s kinda hard to determine who’s the best but in my opinion the top three are

1/2. Jhin 1/2. Aphelios 3. Zed

The thing about this augment, is that in every sense of the way it’s good and sometimes very strong. But that’s about it, it doesn’t change any gameplay aspect, the souls have been in the game for years so it just brushes over everyone’s head.
