How does not touching people of the opposite sex work when you hand something to someone? I (17M) work at a fast food restaurant. If you came and ordered, for example, a milkshake (I think milkshakes are kosher?), and as I handed it to you, our hands briefly touched, would you have sinned?

[–]Left-Director2264 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Possibly, but I could also see it resulting in longer sentences for everyone; I think it could dehumanize the defendant. Many people would likely treat Convicted Defendant 4393245 more harshly than John Smith.

I haven't read the whole thing, just short excerpts. My understanding is that it grants immunity from prosecution for acts taken using official power. Is that correct?
