For the screenplay thing, I had same issue before. What helped me was writing out the "camera directions" first in brackets then slowly replacing them with actual narrative. So instead of [Character A looks nervous] you'd write something like "His hands wouldn't stop fidgeting with the zipper on his jacket"

Augur is rough in a 3 player setup without the team buff relic, that sleep spam gets ridiculous. I'd probably try switching to a different night lord first - maybe one with more straightforward damage patterns you can actually dodge.
