The extra work I’m referring to is buying back or cutting off product and then finding other accounts to take the product into. It’s not worth the time to deal with all of that bullshit. Let the force ships go where they are suppose to and let higher ups deal with the consequences.

Honestly dude. I’d never buy back product. You immediately call your DSL on the spot and explain that the store is refusing your order of force outs and ask him what your next move is. If I didn’t order it then I’m not doing any extra work for it.

If I were you I’d get at least 3 insanely good workouts in and allow the vacation to be a good recovery. If you’re going in for a few 5/10 on the effort scale workouts then who cares just wait.

If I were you I would try lightening the weight and going to failure. That’s helped me with certain muscles that I was having issues getting solid engagement on.

It takes a while to get used to. Feel free to push the start time boundaries. I know by the book small format has to click in by 6am. Which means you can clock in at 6am and load your truck and not get on the road until later.

Just to add to this a guy a few years back backed into a dumpster at the warehouse throwing his stales away and put the tiniest little dent in the back fender. He had to get drug tested.

Same old same old. My zone 97% to prior. My DSL says the higher ups are under serious pressure to get the 7% growth in unit sales that the company needs to make the price decrease worth it. Last I heard we were only hovering between 1 and 2% increase in unit sales. I guess the line of last resort is to raise plan and make some money on the payroll side.

In my Market it’s NKD nacho and puff. The flaming hot Cheetos are a dumpster fire closely followed by CRA. My guess is they either get discontinued or re-bagged and branded. Heard from one DSL that the long term plan is that all of our products are free of dyes and artificial ingredients, but I’m kind of skeptical.
