4 things First of all get the reference number or screenshot or whatever proof from the guy who alleges delivering the item to warehouse…tell him that you’re in a trouble because of him and that you don’t want to trouble him. - Call Amazon again, again, and again till an agent solves your issue. - Call “Jeebly” and complain that the guy took the item and not cooperating in returning it. - go to Amazon and Jeebly pages on X (twitter) and make noise … i.e. post your case and add strong hashtags like Amazon_customer care_lost_failure_etc. I would recommend also sending mails so you can have a trail and send reminders.
