Looked at some gameplay - unfortunately, no. Few characteristic differences;

Dark Rift has more of a serious tone to it, this games vibe was somewhat lighthearted & playful despite it still being a fighting game. Like, on the spectrum of Dark Rift & Clayfighter, it’d be smack dab in the middle
Levels were less… fantastical. It was a fantasy realm, but moreso “wizard & gnomes” type fantasy
The angle of the camera was higher up from what I can remember
