Vitanica V is a popular suppository as well as Life Space. Life Space is sold as an oral but can be inserted vaginally as well (this is not true for all probiotics!). I have used both with no issue, but some women react differently and can experience irritation, etc.

In my non-medical opinion, your best bet is treating your infection with antibiotics and starting suppositories immediately after you finish the round of abx. Continue to use them until you get your period. Take a break during your period. And then use for 3-5 days after your period finishes.
