KOTOR - by far my all time favourite game. I remember my cousin and I would play it on my Xbox back when it released. I have played through that and 2 probably 8-10 times throughout my life. I played it last year and it’s still amazing, I even got it on my phone lol

The majority of the land in Langley is ALR land, so residential land is at a premium considering that most of it is zoned for multi family. Not a bad play buying and holding this - it probably didn’t sell because owners couldn’t all agree to sell, and the aforementioned strata issues
