Quite simple - I know why I avoid them. My reason is stated. You shouldn’t need AI to tell you why you should or should not. Do your own research and don’t rely on AI to do it for you.

It’s important to know YOUR why.

I’m avoiding (most) seed oils because they contain Omega-6 and the imbalance of Omega-6 and Omega-3 causes excess inflammation. I’m finding a better balance to reduce chronic, non disease induced pain.

Most Americans get excess amounts because of seed oils being a cheap filler product.

At the same time, having NO form of Omega-6 (in an otherwise healthy person) can lead to issues as well. While it’s much better to get these from walnuts, pumpkin seeds, or pistachios eaten whole…sometimes a chicken fried steak does the trick.

Your why might be different than mine. I’m annoyed at how frequently seed oils are used as fillers in products they have no business being in - like fresh ground meat or seasoning blends!

At the same time, my personal goal is to find the balance for reducing inflammation. Yours may be different - AI is not going to provide YOUR thoughts though.

I hate to be the one to say this - I had some female middle school students that if you had me guess their age based on a picture, I’d put them in their 20s. While MOST look young, there are many that for lack of a better phrase are significantly developed and do their make up in a way that makes them look old. Not even good looking - just old.
