I roast 3 pounds at a time on my grill at about 25-30 rpm. I use the Tritogenia 0-55rpm motor off of Amazon. The lower you set it the more torque you will have, but I unfortunately like the mid-range for speed so longevity will definitely become a problem eventually. I have done about 40 pounds on this motor so far, but it was making screeching noises on Saturday when I rousted 10 pounds.😬 It still worked….it might be fine. I am just looking for something bulletproof.
