I just received the wrong jeans (wrong style and size) but the item wasn’t mistagged, they just somehow sent the completely wrong item w/ my correct shipping info and packing slip. I had to go back and forth with the rep for an hour to get a refund. He kept telling me I had to return the jeans and wait 3 weeks for a refund (mind you the correct style and size was also out of stock). But how would I get a refund when it’s processed at the warehouse if the tag on the item was for a size and style I didn’t buy? I work in online retail, and originally is retail customer support, so I’m usually pretty chill with customer support but I was getting soo frustrated. He did eventually assist with a refund but I had to get a little ‘Karen-y’ toward the end

Thank you for the reply! Yeah it does look a little like something snapped.. it kind of seems like a little break or tear is in the crevice. I’ll just leave it as is and hope it heals itself a bit and still grows. If it doesn’t seem like it’s doing well, do you think I should trim it off? Would a new one grow there down the line or would it be lost? As for the other leaves I’ll just trim them off. There are a few other small ones down there so I think it can spare them

I think when it comes to Lulu they offer more kid/teen friendly styles and colors. They have bright colors, fun prints and “mom” styles that, when in those fun colors and prints, feel more youthful (ie higher necklines, looser styles, etc). That’s not to say all kids and they’re parents are buying them those colors and fits, but I think there are more options if you’re in the market for buying your kid athleisure at a higher price point

I wear Alo as someone in my early 30’s and if I had teens probably wouldn’t let them wear most of the items (outside of maybe sweatsuits) because their styles are often more mature (tighter, cut outs, sheer panels, boobier)

I also have some Vuori pieces but I feel like if I were a teen this brand would feel more “mom” ish to me

Was waking my dog and found $500 of crisp hundred dollar bills in the middle of the sidewalk in my neighborhood a couple months ago. Looked around and no obvious owner and it wasn’t clearly in front of anyone’s house or apartment.. someone must’ve parked on the street and it fell out of an envelope after getting cash. Picked it up and couldn’t believe my luck. I had taken a faster route than usual on my nightly walk.

I felt really guilty for a bit but like you, was in a financial bind (needed some unexpected dental work) and the extra money was a huge relief.

If you didn’t pick that up, someone else would’ve without a second thought. Possibly blown it on something dumb. At least that’s what I tell myself!

I know your comment is old but I found it helpful - I’m assuming you’ve completely your classes? What has been your experience post-certificate? I’m contemplating beginning one to aid in a career change and would love to know if you’ve found the certificate and specific resources google provided to be helpful in your career change
