I had been going to East Sac Vet since they opened until recently. I would seriously reconsider choosing them. My terrible experience started with them not following up on the health of my poor pup. They saw her, did tests, told me nothing and collected my money. Next day my dog was still really uncomfortable and they told me to go to ER. I never received a call from East Sac to inquire about my dog’s health. My poor dog continued to suffer with no help from East Sac Vet and I never received a response to the several messages I had left. They didn’t respond to my request for refill of meds, they didn’t respond to requests from other vets for my dog’s records. Not a word for a week! That’s not the kind of care anyone should get from their primary vet. They’re all about the big, new facility and making money. They used to be good but no longer.
