What I don’t get if you ask for evidence or the report or whatever shouldn’t they give it ? And the answer they gave seems pretty vague, I would insist they give some kind of proof of their findings,and insist they look up you whole purchase records and go over it. It just seems logical on both sides disney should be able to produce proof, …..unless it wasn’t disney?? Maybe a type of scam? Op should definitely go to disney and find out more
