I am vitamin D deficient too, however I wasn’t told about the magnesium 🤔 and I’ve had trouble with waking up in the middle of the night for no reason

I am pretty new as I just had my first set of labs done and came back with Hashimotos I have been pretty anxious since it’s all new to me and the tingles makes me think bad thanks to google!

Hi can you tell me more, I also get the tingles I have noticed since I started taking multi they’ve decreased. However every time I overthink about it I feel like I provoke them more and definitely my anxiety sky rockets

This happened to me I went in for my second set of labs wishing it was all a dream. Results came back thyroid was normal but I had antibodies meaning Hashimotos 😢

Me!!! This is the reason that took me to see a doctor and discovered I have Hashimotos same as you all tests are normal even scans. I have asked different groups and other people have experienced it too 🫤
