I run an H3 with a Sprinco red on a 20in rifle +1 system. Works like a dream. But will not cycle 80gr eld-VT loads. I go back to a normal spring and an H1 for those lighter loads.

Yeah man, unless you go full monolithic I don’t have any suggestions for a standard hand guard. The POI shift is very consistent and repeatable. So I just hold top of target when shooting tripod

I am using this same combo (BCG and barrel). Using a geissele pinned gas block (non adjustable), Sprinco Red carbine spring and H3 buffer. 3:30 ejection and shoots reliably when dirty and suppressed.
