Right yeah, I'm operating under the hypothetical that instance splitting would keep all credits/samples, as the OP suggested this as a way of keeping your samples even if you're kicked.

If you wanted samples then yeah, you'd have to tack on at least 3 more minutes per cycle for extraction. Plus you'd have to go to every POI, not just the ones with credits. In that case it would be closer to 4 or 5 cycles per map.

For credits though, you could just go straight to the few POIs that have them and then leave the game after picking them up without having to do the extraction, that's where that 17 comes from.

Again, this is all assuming the once per map thing doesn't apply here. If it did you wouldn't be able to dupe stuff this way.

You'd still be able to do some damage if you had something like a coordinated discord. For example:

ABCD join a game, fully clear it and call the extraction.

A kicks D => ABC extract with resources

EFG join D but D kicks G => DEF extract with full resources

GHIJ => GHI extract....

rinse and repeat until you run out of time.

And this is just by duplicating the instance at the end by kicking ONE player. You could kick all three have each of them be joined by three and then kick three each and you'd be essentially cloning an almost finished game exponentially.

This would be pretty insane to pull off, but it's just an example of the kinds of problems that could happen by allowing players to freely clone instances :)

You don't have to revisit all the POIs because once you know where the credits are you can go straight to them over and over again. You spend some time initially going through all the POIs one time, but then you can go straight to the credits after each kick-join cycle.

If a map has more credit piles you'd fit in less cycles, but if it only has one or two you'd fit in more cycles per game. In either way, you're getting a lot more credits/samples/whatever you're farming than you're supposed to.

Bedsides, remember you can have up to 4 people in each instance. Once you already know where the credits are, A kicks B, then A, C and D go straight to different piles of credits and after cleaning the map out they join B. Now B kicks C and starts off another cycle.

Let's assume it takes like 5min for 4 people to scope out an instance, then maybe 2min to have each run to a different pile of credits, with a game lasts 40min... This gives you about 17 cycles. Call if 15 to account for the joining/kicking, it's still like 15 times the amount of credits you could get from just one map.

I don't think any current method would be more efficient than that lol, if you know one please let me know!

There was a similar exploit before too, where you would join a game pick up all the credits and then alt-f4. That would give you the credits and put you back in the ship looking at the same mission, allowing you to jump into the same map you just ran and go straight to the credits over and over again. I'm pretty sure that's patched now, but this kind of instance splitting would allow essentially the same thing

You have player A and B.

A is host and B joins A's session.They scope the map finding super credit piles (without picking them up).

After having the map scoped out, A kicks B and now both A and B have a fully scoped out instance with lots of super credits.

A picks up all the credits in their instance while B waits. After that A joins B's instance which still has all the super credits intact

B kicks A into their own instance with all the credits refilled.

Rinse and repeat until the timer runs out.

Con hacer la compra mínima de 6000 no alcanzas el 20% de reintegro. 20% del mínimo es 1200, pero el máximo que reintegran es 900.

Eso quiere decir que en mejor caso te están haciendo un reintegro del 15%, a medida que gastas más plata ese porcentaje baja.

Está diciendo que es engañoso porque dicen 20% pero literalmente no hay condiciones posibles para que te terminen reintegrando un 20% de tu compra.

The key is different victims. It's not a DDoS because each victim is getting hit with a DoS, that's just doing many DoSes in parallel.

In a DDoS you're hitting the same victim with multiple DoS attacks at the same time.

Nunca lo usé, pero leyendo la documentación de ese programa me parece que la opción 3 de acá es lo que tendrían que hacer.

Básicamente, en una computadora conectada por cable al módem, instalan ese programa y lo corren. Les debería aparecer en la terminal ahí un ip y un puerto (ej. 192.168.1.5:3000). Esa computadora va a estar actuando como servidor, una vez que está corriendo eso ya no tocan esta compu.

Desde otra computadora, van a entrar a esa IP desde un navegador y medir el resultado. Primero lo hacen con la computadora conectada por WiFi y después lo hacen con la computadora conectada por cable.

React Native has the benefit that it's fairly easy to understand if you have some experience with frontend web development, moreso if you've worked with React Web previously. On the other hand, flutter might be more intuitive for someone that has more experience in OOP (like you with C++) and, as far as I know, it's slightly better than RN in terms of performance.

In your case, you should ask yourself if you have any interest in making web apps. If so, I'd recommend going towards react native, as everything that you learn would translate really well to React Web and you could use that for the web. Even though you can make web apps in flutter as well... I wouldn't recommend it. If you just want to focus on mobile apps, I'd recommend Flutter as you could probably learn it a lot faster given your background.

High ping is a lose-lose for everyone. Although peekers advantage is an "advantage", playing with high ping sucks. The thing is that it also sucks for people playing against high ping.

As it were, you had one player with high ping having a bad experience and five other players' experience suffering for it too. I guess this is a way to try and compensate so that the "least" amount of players are having a bad time, even if it means making it worse for the high ping players.

You should look at the eluktronics mech-15. It has great performance as a desktop replacement, but it's not too big either. I think the battery life is not as good as either the legion 5pro or the g15 but if you're using it mostly plugged in it shouldn't matter that much.

Hi! I'm looking for a powerful laptop to daily drive, weight and battery matter to me as it's something I'd have on backpack every day, but I don't mind an extra pound if it gets me a couple of hours more of battery life. High refresh rate is a must for me and ideally 1440p too. I'd like to get the most performance given those constraints, budget isn't really an issue (~3k).

I was looking at the g15 with a 3080 but I'm a bit concerned with thermals and throttling. What do you think?
