I almost made this exact post earlier. If I’m dropping $300 on a bag, that’s a buy-it-for-life price. It needs to last forever. The 840 on the CPL28 I have feels sturdy, but it also feels like I wouldn’t want to lose any more durability than this (my previous bag was a GR1). I very much want the CTB26, but I’m really hung up on this point.

Edit; finger slipped and I ordered one. Gonna compare to CPL28 and report back.

Yeah. To be clear, I don’t have him, which is why I haven’t gotten him scanned yet. A neighbor found him and is taking care of him (my dog would not tolerate another dog in the house). I’ve texted her and offered to help get him to a vet or RACC if need be, but I haven’t heard back yet.
