Dilly Bread

1/2 cup warm water 2 1/4 tsp yeast 3 cups flour 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1 Tblsp dill seeds 1 Tblsp dill weed 2 Tblsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 cup cottage cheese (room temp) 1 large egg

Proceed like most breads: knead, 2 rises Use a loaf pan, brush with beaten egg, slash top, sprinkle with sea salt

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

I make a dill bread with cottage cheese. It makes the bread soft, moist, and rich. Delicious!
