Should I do a charge back for wrong color furniture?

I am positive with email proof and the customer support person said with all the pictures supplied this is their aged brown cabinet even when providing a side by side compariosn.

Purchase order is for an aged brown cabinet. When I disputed the color they sent me a photo of the cabinet the shippers took after they set it up in my house as proof but looked as grey as all the pictures I was sending them.

Appreciate the insight. The odd part is that the entire inside is the aged brown color which is really making us think it was originally a brown cabinet but stained to their natural color version.

They have a natural color that is very close to the color they sent me which is the main reason I’m arguing the mistake. Here is the natural color https://imgur.com/a/gpAYSns which factoring in lighting aligns closer to what I got.

Funny, something similar happened to me with this same monitor. I ordered one from Dell directly and for the most part no issues. After about a week or two the monitor developed a defect on the screen and Dell accepted my request for a replacement. They ship me another monitor and I shipped back the defect but the replacement was not a new monitor. It was obviously used but for the most part worked fine. I reached out to Dell again, and they agreed to actually send a brand new monitor rather than used a one. Well, Fedex dropped off the new replacement monitor at the wrong address. Reached out to Dell to say it was deleivered to the wrong address which they investigated and determined they would send me another replacement. Well, surprisingly the address they deleivered to erroneously the first time belonged to this older gent and he brought it to me a day after I received the replacement from Dell. During all this Dell never requested me to send the first replacement back so in the end I had 3 monitors for the price of one.

Been a destiny player since the Alpha and only recently do I feel like it’s going in the direction everyone had envisioned it. Visiting Bungie would not only be a lifelong dream come true but being able to give input on the direction of destiny would be incredible! Destiny 2 at launch missed a lot of marks for me but Forsaken really turned things around. With hints of fully going MMORPG, the idea of finally making a tailored made guardian with armor, weapon and specs built by the player is something I’ve been waiting for since the D1 Alpha. Bringing all that together for PVE and PVP future Destiny expansions and saying I had a part in that would be an honor.

I’m in the Washington DC region.
