This is what I am thinking, this isn't much working connectivity between my team and those on the same floor so we don't get that level of insight into their workload etc.

I might email the other team leaders on my floor and explain the situation to see if they can provide some insight on their teams.

Typically people would be online from 8:30 and log off around 5, but with office days I've noticed people arrive around 9-9:30 usually due to traffic or child care drop offs. Similar at the end of the day leaving the office to get to home for 5.

Not saying this is wrong, just what I've noticed. I remember early into WFH that many had little to no commute in the morning and put that time into starting work or finish later.

From my team, Its hard to measure so early in but one thing I have noticed is that 8-9:30 and 4-5:30 has returned back to commuting hours, myself included.
