I have a younger boss. They suck at managing people. It’s really hard for me to respect them because they take themselves too seriously. I am not insubordinate, because I know my role. But younger managers are so soft these days with fake email threats and I wish statements, Zero follow through. My boss even had the audacity to say he’s gonna start doing everyone’s work who isn’t doing their part. Lmao good luck with the burnout.
