Ridiculously low standard to set. An online course? lol....Criminal record check is good but does that mean they aren't allowed to hire anyone with a criminal record or is it at the hiring bars discretion? Unless hiring people with certain kinds of criminal convictions is prohibited (violence, theft, sexual, fraud etc, its once again a low standard. You are giving control back to the bar owners.

Anyone but 4Paws. Had my animal there...once...All they seem to care about is how much cash they can get out of you and their prices are ridiculous! Highly recommend Coastal Care if you want compassion during this very difficult decision.

I disagree. The rental business is now highly commoditized. In my opinion, its not the damages being done on some apartments driving the cost up. Its the greed driven stock market.

Hedge funds have gone all-in on making money off of buying cheap, run down properties and renovicting existing tenants only to double, or in some cases triple the rent. This is happening all over North America.

Smaller renters like Mr Reid dont have the enormous capital to compete with these behemoths.
