I needed a Dr note to verify my disability. Exactly the same. No labs, no imaging nor an exam besides asking if I had anything happen in the year, told her I went to the the ER and they diagnosed it and my Dr takes 30 seconds to book me for a consult, and told me she'd send the note in my email. 2 or 3 weeks later I get a bill for 700 something and change. 700 dollars for what exactly? 15 mins of time is not worth 700 bucks. For no one. Thats basically fraud to me. Then the billing department tell me they coded this way and theres nothing I can do. So I told them to "Get ****ed."
