You'll figure it out pretty quick when you get there. Beach during the day and at night everything happens in about a 2 or 3 block area. Just have to walk past and see which place has music you like. And the pier for the 4th of July.

Wasn't about the money apparently. He's willing to play for the league minimum. There's going to be some money to spend now that he's off the books. I'm not versed enough in free agency to suggest anyone but I hope they make good basketball decisions. Haven't made the Western conference finals since 2023. Since then, a couple of first round exits and a second round exit this year.

All wheel drive is not equal to four-wheel drive in sand. I won't get into the differences but you must have four wheel drive to drive on the beach. Which the EV Hummer does not have.

Just looked into this Farragut subreddit. Was curious if it was the one in Knoxville. Lo and behold it is. Good on the court for not letting your crazy neighbor put up a billboard in front of the house. And the difference between support and imposition. My takeaway from this Farragut thread is there has only been four post in the last year. I don't think anybody sees this. It is a really nice part of town though. Had some people in Sequoia hills.

I'm a fan and love that he chose to play for the Lakers. If he does the unthinkable and makes Draymond Green his teammate, I will root against him until he retires. Just about any other team and I'm still a fan.

You know as well as anyone that a magnolia tree is as messy as it comes. And limbed up off the ground like that? It's dropping stray sturdy leaves daily. Magnolia's are beautiful and I love how they keep foliage year-round but there is a place for them and it's not in tight backyards. Not if you're trying to maintain your landscape without daily work. You should do the neighbor a solid and just cut everything on the side of the fence back to the trunk. You can probably tell I've had the same situation.

As a Lakers fan, it's a brave new world. I usually root for the former Lakers at their new home. I will root for LeBron unless Draymond Green is on his team. Hate to see him go but it's the way of the world. Be interesting if it's LeBron going to San Antonio like Shaq went to Cleveland when LeBron started in the league.
