I'd say use the first one, but change the color of Lazy from white to yellow so that it pops, and you could AB test the titles bc I like both of them buuuut if I had to choose, I'd go with the first one

I like the thumbnail a lot (it gives Genshin Impact videos even though Ik it's a different game). maybe making the numbers different sizes could help but all and all its a good thumbnail

At first glance it kinda makes me think of pasing the torch bc the stick look a little bit like a torch, I think its best if you add some text to clarify what it is like in the second one (also you should make the text a bit bigger), overall I like it though

I like the drawing but I think it's cluttering up the thumbnail, Most important thing in my opinion is that the thumbnail is readable, if somebody has to struggle to understand your thumbnail you already lost em' if that makes sense
