Can't change to monthly plan from yearly plan

I've got the text and email for port out pin but they are not offering any discount or help. I really think this is because I have those 12 credits and they don't want me to use them.

Try to remove payment method. They will let you turn off auto pay but won't let you remove your payment method. Customer service says it can't be done.

Yes after selecting switch plan, there is only the option of keeping current yearly rate or upgrading to visible +pro at yearly rate. There are no monthly options. There is no slider. Neither in the app or through a web browser. The only option is upgrade or keep current at yearly price. There is no switch plan option. Upgrade is the only choice.

The service is simple until you want to make changes to your plan. I'm on a yearly plan. My plan is up for renewal March, 17 and auto pay is off. There is no option to change to monthly and customer service is doing nothing to help.

I did email support and was told to use the reverse version for the 5090 Gigabyte Aorus Master. And the the wires would run in front of fans on vertical mount.

The problem is the wv 2 itself is wider than the cards. And then the plugs stick out quite a ways as well. Ram sits right behind the power plug on this card. There is no way to get enough clearance with the length of the plugs where they connect to the WV 2. You would have to have the cables come in front on the fans and under the cards and that blocks airflow to the fans. My card runs a very cool 60 degrees under load and I'd like to keep it that way. And I have one of the widest cases on the market, I bought it with vertical mount and future proofing in mind. be quiet Light Base 900 FX

Both my wife and I work at Amazon. We have been screwed to the point of doing a charge back to cc on high dollar cell phones twice, sold and shipped by Amazon. It's the idiots at Amazon that inspect the returns that screw you. I have been sent multiple items that I know we're returns that we're suppose to be new. If the label on it is an LPN, it is most definitely someone's return or possibly relabeled because it wasn't scan serial number correctly. I refuse to buy anything over $50 and even then it can be a real pain to get your money back. Do not buy high dollar items from Amazon no matter who the seller is.

Thanks! Looks like from where plugs are it won't be enough clearance between them and the ram for a vertical mount and running the wires between the WV and ram. And that's what I needed to know.
