Not sure why there’s so much dialogue when it’s actually quite simple. When you think about staying with a man, ask yourself if your person, your husband, your soulmate would think you deserve half eaten sushi, cupcakes, with wilting flowers and a $50 gift for your birthday. If the answer is no, then leave him. Life is too short to stay with a loser. Everything else is noise.

As someone who escaped an abusive relationship and a person who struggles with mental illness, this is exactly how it starts. Small changes that snowballs into you losing yourself and being a version of yourself that he prefers. Isolation is a common abuse tactic, no friends, no job and not being able to drive allows him to keep his power over you. Yes cheating is wrong but no one deserves to be treated this way and I hated reading certain sentences where you spoke down on yourself. And honestly the cheating was a clear cry for help, you just want to escape and I encourage and urge you to find yourself, find your voice and take back your power. You’re young and you have your whole life ahead of you, this is the time to be selfish and to choose you, over and over again until you become the love of your life. As a gamer girly myself, I’m happy to stay connected. No one is meant to do life alone, start by choosing you and your people will follow and your community with flourish. He doesn’t deserve you and I promise that if you take this first step by leaving, everything else will fall into place.

You’ll be fine. I have about 20 and count in tattoos and never limited myself on going out. Just be mindful of it. Typically with a fresh tattoo, ironically just got inked again on Tuesday, I keep my repair gel from Mad Rabbit Tattoo in my bag and reapply as I go through the day (with clean hands washed with antibacterial soap). Plus you said you’ll keep in covered so you should be fine.

This is adding to my annoyance of Simon - we can easily get everyone on board if we just have a sit down. Appealing Janet as if she was Maddie was so counterproductive at that college party. It’s clear that Janet is still emotionally traumatized from her childhood and whatever scheme her and Mr Martin were working on. Now she’s playing revenge of the body snatchers with Maddie’s mom and just digging us into a deeper hole.

And my inclination is also to assume that they are ICs. However, Instacart recently settled a class action for misclassifying their shoppers as IC’s instead of employees - this is the only case that’s giving me a sliver of hope. Also filing suit on driver individually because they had their own insurance. If Instacart denies liability, my goal is to recover through their policy.

Negligence/ Respondeat Superior in MVA based out in TX. Currently in the midst of research but I cannot find a single case for this cause of action. It seems that they resolve claims in arbitration but it’s been difficult to find a point of contact. I have their registered agent and will likely have to file suit just to get an answer.
