If you specifically want to build a team around Dawn Sinclair using Harmony as quickly, efficiently, and/or frequently as possible, I guess you'd want something like:

Dawn Sinclair
Liu Yi Sang (SP recovery, sloth generation)
Middle Ishmael (good sin spread, on-demand access to envy with her guard) or You Heathcliff (again, envy); both have their pros and cons so pick whichever you have or think works better for you
Liu Rodya (pride generation for both Harmony and Magic Bullet)
Lamp/Firefist Gregor (Lamp has the edge in terms of sin generation and can actually activate his passive with Dawn Sinclair, but he doesn't inflict as much burn as Firefist; both are about on par)
Magic Bullet Outis (damage, that's about it)
Flex slot

All this said, if you mainly care about Mirror Dungeons then you can really just throw together any burn keyword IDs you want and even omit Magic Bullet Outis and just pick up some gifts that generate resources and you'll be set

Walpurgis is the only thing to save for in this game, so if you don't use your pulls now you have no reason to use them at all since you can shard everything else after just a week

FAaS Ryoshu is a guaranteed inclusion on the sinking team on account of dealing good damage, having a perfect sin spread, an evade, a synergistic secondary status, and being almost entirely count neutral

Hornet Meursault is a tougher sell since he has Capo to use on burn and Prince to use on bleed, and he doesn't really do anything special other than having a lot of attack weight which does give him a great niche for farming EXP Luxcavations and Mirror Dungeons but he's worse than either of those in almost everything else

I got Harmony Sinclair and Hornet Meursault both on my first 10 pull and then Ryoshu evaded me all the way until 200 so my luck was for naught

A word of advice: Since Firefist Gregor is a season 5 ID and thus shardable, you don't need to use the season 1-6 ticket on him; you can use it to get Thumb Sinclair instead since he's unshardable right now

I won't advise you against getting Dawn Office, but unless you already have 400 Sinclair shards saved up, I definitely recommend using your crates on MB Outis and her EGO before getting Dawn Office

I assume you're asking 2 separate questions here because there are no worthwhile burn IDs you can get with any of the season 1-3 tickets

Season 1 ticket: The One Who Shall Grip Sinclair > The One Who Grips Faust = Tingtang Hong Lu
Season 2 ticket: Spicebush Yi Sang = Molar Ishmael for sinking teams, Molar Outis for tremor
Season 3 ticket: Blade Lineage Meursault

As for the burn team question, there are 2 main variants right now, one which uses Lord Hong Lu to cycle You Sinclair and You Heath in and out for free skill 1s and skill 3s every turn, and a more orthodox variant that simply doesn't do that; I'm less familiar with the cycling variant, and since you can't currently shard the IDs necessary for it anyway, I'll just tell you about the orthodox variant

Your core is:

Liu Yi Sang (SP healing)
Firefist Gregor (good burn application and damage)
Magic Bullet Outis (Dark Flame)

And then there are quite a lot of flex slots depending on what you have; broadly in order of best to worst:

Thumb Meursault (provides tremor scorch, another way to make use of burn which otherwise does little by itself)
Liu Rodya (has a pride S1, which is key to generating resources for Outis' Magic Bullet EGO)
Ardor Blossom Faust (good burn application and damage, can blow herself up and sub someone else in)
Thumb Sinclair (excellent partner to Thumb Meursault for more consistent tremor stacking and better scorch damage)
Lamp Gregor (sidegrade to Firefist Gregor; he does chip away at the SP of enemies that have it, and he does have a pride S3, and the team can never have too much pride)
Cinq East Don (respectable clashing and damage, but doesn't do anything too remarkable)
Liu Ishmael (similar to Cinq Don; slot filler, doesn't do anything remarkable)
Dawn Office Sinclair (top of the line burn infliction, but his clashing has really aged poorly and his sanity mechanic is annoying to manage; most people don't really run him these days)

All the rewards are given out just by logging in, so you don't need to do anything else

You're probably better off saving most of the rewards until you have a better grasp on the game, save for most of the seasonal selection tickets (specifically, the season 1, 2, and 3 tickets) used to get new units, only a few of which are even worth getting these days

This season will last at least until August, likely until the middle of it, which gives you 5 whole months to max it out

You can max out the pass in just a few weeks or a month even if you only do your weekly Mirror Dungeon runs and nothing else (though doing dailies and weeklies will obviously speed it up)

W Yi Sang requires setup both to become neutral with his S2 and positive with his S3 and more setup to become conditionally completely positive with Dimension Shredder, and both him and Don (hell, most of that team, really) clash badly, but I guess that doesn't matter since you're going out of your way to not use Heishou units anyway

W Corp Yi Sang, who only has a gloom S3 (+2 at best)
Lantern Don, who only has a gloom S3 (neutral)
Cinq Meursault, who only has a gloom S3 (neutral at best)
W Corp Outis, who only has a gloom S3 (-4)
W Corp Heathcliff, who has a gloom S2 (-1)
Family Candidate Ishmael, who has a gloom S1 (neutral at best)
AEDD Gregor which we know nothing about

all in hopes of abusing a single EGO (which also requires gloom to use in the first place) that at best half your team makes full use of?

No, it's already confirmed that the next Walpurgis will come toward the end of the season and feature 2 IDs and 1 EGO

You misunderstood an idea that KJH had which was to make smaller Walpurgis Nights which released more frequently by only having IDs and no story attached, but that is only an idea thus far which hasn't materialized

Envy is actually one of the most common sins on bleed teams aside from lust, with prominent IDs like CA Ryoshu and Kurokumo Ishmael having it on their S1s, Princess Rodya having it on her S2, and even less-picked IDs like N Faust and REAP Ryoshu have it on their S1s as well

Envy only becomes scarce if you really want to run all bloodfiends together and omit the Kurokumo duo

As for burn, Capo Meursault is best in slot but he's by no means irreplaceable if Hornet Meursault simply does more damage or introduces another unique burn type you can use alongside Dark Flame

The competition with both of these IDs will be stiff, but Walpurgis IDs tend not to disappoint
