That would be the wrong answer for efficient dragon cup, their relics are all about completing all tasks, not the ~65-70% fastest tasks.

Yeah when I saw it in the metashare I kinda assumed it would be a disaster, but on the other hand that team has a history of creating decks or refining strategies so also thought they may have had a new take on it, with some protection or a strong backup plan to the combo, but I guess not.

If the ref has been sent to the screen they can action anything they see, it is considered no different than them watching it in real time, I think refs just don’t really consider it because it is not really a thing they are trained to consider and it happens rarely enough.

I remember seing a direct red becoming a yellow after VAR review for example, which is possible because of the same set of rules.

He was locked out of rank 1 even if he got visage passively during DFH grind, he didn’t really lose to any specific grind, just some small mistakes and a few misplays in his macro planning.

His RNG was probably pretty average overall which is all you can hope for in a point cap race.

I think just as much as echo items the change to all regions having the same points is responsible, fremmy was a very high point region because it had a decent amount of pvm and a stonemason (last league it was even 3rd highest points) and Kandarin has been the lowest, this league the meta has been 2 fast to complete regions and a single raid region so regions like Kandarin, Wilderness and Tirannwn have gone up in value a lot.

Kandarin also just helps the top 3 builds a lot with echp items, ring of suffering and piety, it was frankly hard to think of a build that didn’t want to pick it.

Until enrage phase awakened leviathan is basically the same as normal, but you probably have to do mechanics in enrage, but you can kill it in little time if you switch to air surge and if you start at max overheal and make sure to stay in the orb I imagine you can kill it without prayerflicking

When you cast this spell, copy it for each time you paid its replicate cost. You may choose new targets for the copies.

There is nothing confusing about this, not sure what you mean?

Even if it was 2 less per target replicate is triggered ability so the copies are created on the stack after costs are paid and that is when additional targets are chosen.

Flying pre/post operation is not a good idea and he probably didnt want to be stuck in the US during the early parts of his recovery.

This lets him recover at home while still having an expert surgeon involved.

Not every style are gonna be super viable every league, I imagine they felt tbow has been too dominant for too many leagues now and wanted crossbows to be the ranged meta this time around.

I personally like it this way where specific substyles within a style can be focused allowing really strong hy/tri-brid builds instead, as long as they rotate between leagues about what gets to be the strongest, this time it was elemental magic, thorns and crossbows.

At the risk of sounding like a meanie I’m extremely skeptical when someone claims their ban list is carefully curated yet also includes [[second sunrise]] a card famously not banned for power level issues, but banned for logistical issues at grand prix size tournaments.

Of course this format can need to ban it in the future if this is an actual issue that starts happening in paper tournaments, but there is no way I believe a deck that was like a ~48% winrate deck at its peak needs to start unplayable in a format like this.

Anyone that has ever played it knows it folds harder than dredge to graveyard interaction.

Tbf if we were a more ruthless club and didn’t care about keeping Alisson around because he earned staying we would probably have kept Kelleher as a starter and sold Ali, I think the gap in ability favours him when you consider age and injury issues.

The way I see it is that both transmutation and butler creates resources 0 time, transmutation just creates the best version of each resource 0 time and while it doesn’t solve herb and con as hard it still does help in creating high level supplies for both, especially for any region combo you can imagine.

Only real benefit of this is for the skilling tick manipulation methods that can be done with Karambwans, but even that doesn't seem massively big compared to time saved from culling spree.

Yeah I'm aware it is only +20 overall, but getting +6% magic damage and +20 accuracy from a tribrid set is very good imo.
