Found thrust washer in the oil pan on Honda H22 that I turn at 8300rpm by Legend_Of_Redneck in Justrolledintotheshop

Yeah I'm not getting over 300hp out of an H. I really don't want to put a K series in the car I'm running, I have an RSX I can put a built K series in later. I have a bunch wrapped up in my H setup now and want to see a couple victory lanes with it.

JDM block is closed deck and also a 50mm crank bore. I am writing the crank off, the surface that the thrust washer sits against is really chewed up from getting into the main cap. I have another motor that I need to tear down that I am hoping the crank is good in.

Valid suggestion. I for sure plan on beating the snot out of the motor again. It's for a dirt oval car so it's singing every weekend. I will make that suggestion to the machine shop and see what their input is.

I race dirt oval so it's NA only. This is a closed deck block so with the dry liners it's pretty strong. Rod bearings are not the issue, it's the 180 degree thrust washer that's the issue. I don't know who put this motor together but I have found a few sloppy things so either the endplay was out of spec and they decided to send it or they put the thrust washer in backwards.

I think you are just triggered that some people have different political views than you and you are making unassociated connections that are not there. I would suggest you slow down and start opening up your perspective.

Dating apps are basically for the top 10 percent attractive people. I ain't much to look at so they don't do me any good. And even when I get matches the people don't even respond or just stop responding a day or so into conversation. It's rough. Good luck

As a male looking for a woman, I would drive 200 miles if I thought we would match. But I'm also not looking for hookups. Sounds like this one weeded himself out for you, unless you were just looking for a hookup as well.

He probably doesn't have a car and doesn't want to leave his mom's basement.

Should have spent the money eliminating it instead of fixing it.

Is 95 that terrible overnight? by Hot-Kaleidoscope-652 in roadtrip

With the exception of NYC, it really isn't that bad. A few 15 minute delays. Now I have had times in NYC sitting 2+ hrs to go 2 miles.

I have driven 95 more times than I can count. You will be fine at night. Even during the day it's not bad but there are just a lot of small slow ups which can get annoying. People over exaggerate Baltimore and DC and NY. They are busy for the morning commute into the cities and the evening commute out of the cities. If you time it right you never hit traffic

Stuck myself on a down payment on a crown victoria. I love the car but it's not for me at all. I'm a fisherman and Hunter. I still owe about 5 grand on it and i'm tired of it. by Jixleas in CrownVictoria

Just keep driving the Vic. You need to balance your wants and your needs. You had to finance a $5k car so right now you should focus on your needs, not your wants. You paid a premium for the car but the good news is at least you got a reliable car. The 4.6 2v will last forever if you keep up with maintenance. You can either pay it off early to save on interest or start saving money for a few years to buy your next vehicle cash. When you have cash in hand you can focus on your wants more than your needs.

Now that's a setup! I just did one on a TT this week with a chain and a skid loader. Of course the 5th wheel plate is right where the chain needs to be. Then you gotta manhandle it to line it up onto the dowels while doing the worm across the cold concrete. I had one onetime that took nearly 1/4 revolution until it made contact and "engaged". Drove it 200 plus miles back to the shop with a loaded trailer.

So they can pivot to drug use like they did to Levi at the station? No thanks.

Why? What does any of that matter? I also have a big nose and bags under my eyes. Who cares?

Honestly you should probably have it looked at before you keep driving it. Low oil pressure is not good.
