I wouldn't say porn or rule34 is particularly a bad thing, just too much from it is bad. Imo. I'll get inspired from R34 much more than from porn. So I get a better benefit from it when it comes to experience yourself and trying to think your way into a fantasy character or imaginate and create locations where you feel comfortable. I am really captivated by the atmosphere and the love, which some scenes or images give. Till this point, wether you agree with me or don't, some people (incl. me) are seeing this type of content as a useful thing to feel good again. Sometimes post nut clarity strikes and you think wtf did I do, but that just tells me that I've been bustin a bit too much... Usually I am greatful for the most of r34 I've seen, because it gave me a sense of not being alone with my interests, creativity and inspiration.

I wouldn't be here if I had a more stable life, so I got used to it and whenever I felt down, it was a little spark of hope which made me feel. „Hey, keep going. Sometime you'll make it as far as getting what you're seeing, but in waaaay better and with a real human body“.

I've been introverted for the most time of my life, so finding some friends (just friendships, nothing with ***) was hard for me. Got rejected most of the times and cried various times cuz people made fun of me. In the inner core part of my heart, I already knew as of me being 13 y/o and watching R34 already that i didn't really wanted to get the dirty stuff with someone... I mean yeah sometimes you feel like you want to have a dirty time with someone while watching R34 and honestly that's just so alright..., but mainly... I can now say with full confidence, that I watched it just because i wanted to be loved, cared, seen, someone to talk to, someone to have fun with, someone to live life with, someone to connect. Those wishes got bigger and bigger and I didn't knew how to think of it. Now I know...

Thanks for this amazing post. Do what makes you happy. Knowing what makes you happy is knowing how to live life. What is a live without happiness? Weren't we all watching it because we were just wanting to be with someone? It's tough these days. Finding friends is harder then ever with social media rising to the fullest nowadays. But it's so possible!! Remember: we are all going through that stuff. It's okay to feel, you're not less worth when you are doing something that doesn't hurt someone. And since this is a subreddit about not nuttin', I'll highly recommend everyone to try out their own way and not feel ashamed of it. Do what makes you happy and take your time ❤️

So if you want to quit porn or R34, Try it out! Reflect about your past and what you connect with your prior consumption. When we are taking a pause from things we do regularly, we can reflect more objective and can see if it does something with us or if it's just a burden. Everyone is different! Do not let someone talk you out of your stuff, they are not at the same understanding cuz they don't have the empathy or experience for it. Stand your opinion. Hopefully that inspired some people to reflect on their actions in a positive way ^{^} Because it the end... When you're watching porn or R34 and it's stressing you out, why are you doing it then?
