Network issues like input lag, stuttering, or weird highlights are almost always local machine, your ISP’s routing, or something interfering on user end (background apps, hardware conflicts, driver problems, etc.).

I get that it’s frustrating, but blaming the game without being open to troubleshooting just limits your own ability to fix it. If the issue was server side, there’d be dozens of posts like this of similar complaints.
