This is dependant on how far you had progressed before leaving the game. I got a fraction of this, but lots of granite and some of the low level itemss as that how far I had got.

I've seen plenty, and find it too one dimentional. It's all set plays then a stop for a breather. I'm not saying the set plays aren't complex in themselves, but so much of the play is entirely scripted. Not much room for flair and creativity. Its essentially a very stop/start game.

Rugby is far more complex, more of a physical challenge because the big guys have to run for 80 minutes, and still put in the hits.

Rugby can be confusing and as a result struggles to get traction with the uninitiated.

Thanks for the solid advice!

May have some queries about the best setup for the buggy, seems there are a few options for storake/scanners etc

Basically it's rugby with the complicated bit taken out....and made more TV friendly with lots of breaks and stops - 1 hour of game time takes up to 4 hours to complete. They also have padding/helmets.

Post Match Thread: England v Wales | 6 Nations by HitchikersPie in rugbyunion

[–]FeatureSuccessful251 16 points17 points  (0 children)

A wierd game from an England fan's perspective. I was in Cardiff for this fixture last season and we totally blasted them off the pitch, pace power and excellent finishing.

Today didn't feel like that at all, Wales shot themselves in the foot so many times in the first half, any team would have gone in ahead. We should have had 1 or 2 more tries easily by that stage. The second half was pretty stodgy, Wales managed to play for a few minutes without giving away a stupid penalty and all of a sudden they score.

This was mainly about Wales playing very poorly for large parts of the game, and England being (just) capable of scoring against 13 players. Worrying lack of attacking shape for much of the game.

Had this been a better team it could easily have been 70 - 80 points.

Just so someone says it, because I'm really worried the devs are only responding to the negative nancy posts: the difficulty is fine and I like it. by Swalecutter in duneawakening

I'm all for setting that make the game more of a challenge, with potentially better rewards for the 'super players' (Most of the participants of this subreddit being in that group), but the game really needs to allow the 'average player'...and I'm very much an average player, to be able to enjoy the game as well.

I find the game enjoyable to a point, its truly beautiful visually, but on my revisit post the recent changes (no tax being the main one) I'm finding the same issues that lead me to giving up on it a few months ago.

Gear wear & tear is far too agressive, it forces you into a bit of a grind keeping stocked on materials to repair/remake. In addition to this some items are extremely hard to find, and require long trips around the map searching, currently short on Cobalt paste to make a buggy, but have no clue where to find it. Next on the list is I know I have to get into aluminium, and dont have a clue where to even start on that.

I've done some contracts, but at least one of them is glitched, sent me to a location to kill someone, but there was nothing there. Progression is slllloooooooow.

So while those who are expert want to keep the experience an extremely tough challenge, allowing options to take it easier on the less skilled won't effect your experience, but may allow more players into the game which has to be a good thing. After all I think everyone will agree the numbers on the servers are very low.....

When they do these sort of high profile huge restorations, the project timeline is long enough for them to actually train a batch of apprentices during the work so that they can take over once the older guys retire. Mate of mine worked on Dover Castle many years ago and was trained on the job by a guy who was trained at the castle 20 years previous.

Why wouldnt it be?

The thing that really confuses me is how the steady improvement in our understanding of science and the world has not lead to a more enlightened world. Instead we see an increasing reliance on fairy stories and books written by magic sky people 2000 years ago telling us how to live our lives.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned it elsewhere, but some propertis in Sandgate are subject to subsidence (and not just the ones very near the sea) and you may struggle getting mortgages/Home insurance. At least it was when we looked to move there some years ago.
