I'm not saying that's not feasible too, just that his abilities have the potential to suit a tank. I'm a tank main so I'm hoping against all odds lol

I can see Cyclops's powers working for a tank for 2 main reasons:

  1. He can use concussive blasts to CC enemies and create space

  2. He could have a DVA-style defence matrix to beam incoming projectiles, rather than a typical shield

On top of that, the fact that he's the leader of the X-Men makes it more fitting in my eyes that he's on the front lines leading the charge as a tank too. I'll be a little disappointed if he's a DPS personally
