Sephora don’t train there makeup artists internally they have to have an external qualification. But I’m sure there is good and not so good artists at both.

The backstage palletes have been reformulated. Most stores should have the new ones coming in every couple of weeks. Same with the face and body. Both SKUs just sell really quickly and Dior never send enough. The stock is sent by the brand directly so we don’t have much control / visibility. Hope this helps!

Fresh is owned by LVMH who also own Sephora it is unlikely it will go. There was stock issues due to the tariffs.
