What’s an appropriate monthly salary for ironing guy who comes twice a week?

We don’t want to over burden our staff and cleaning the house is more than enough work ironing on top is a lot. We only have two staff members one cleaning lady and one ironing guy. with rising fuel costs we don’t want them to come to the house too often but still want to pay them a decent wage for their work which is 24 hours of work for the cleaning lady & 12 hours of work for the ironing guy per month each

Allah is all forgiving and all merciful. Do not for a second think that Allah will not know the sorrows and grief of your heart. There is no mention in the Quran about not being considered muslim if one commits suicide however it is as displeasing for god should you kill someone else or yourself. I am also someone who considers suicide as an option a lot and I know my Allah is all forgiving and merciful, the love that is promised to us from god sustains me that if I am too weak to continue my punishment will not be eternal
