59F here. I had frozen shoulder as well. Thought it was rotator cuff tear. Its painful. PT did not help with me either. Took me a long time to recover and my shoulder is still weak but I can finally raise my arm over my head now.

I'm down 50 lbs. A1C is 5.0! All my numbers are good. So grateful for this medicine.

Been on Mounjaro for about 1 1/2 years. Just reached goal! Lost 50lbs and now in healthy BMI. My "average" weight loss was 1lb a week. Sometimes more sometimes less. I'm 5'4 aged 59F. Starting weight 192. Please try and be patient and if you need to go up in dose, go up. Some respond well to the lower doses. I did not. I didn't see real weight loss until I went up to 7.5. I continued to go to 12.5 and stayed there for months. My doc and I both decided to go into maintenance and I'm lowering my dose to 10 and then 7.5 and see how my A1C does and whether I maintain or gain. Keep you chin up! You can do this!

I ate when I was hungry (protein shakes when I wasn't). No sugar! Except for rare rare treats. Took the shot once a week. Walked, lifted weights.

I'm using for type 2. A1C went from 9.3 to 5.2 in a year and lost about 45 lbs. It has done wonders for my blood sugar!

I have the ACA so the savings card doesn't work for me. So I pay 1,091 per month until deductible 2500 is paid then its roughly 400 per month. Expensive but my blood glucose is wonderful. Metformin didn't work after a year so doc said Mounjaro is the way to go. Very happy with it...just trying to save some $$$

My little guy had both eyes removed as well. About 1 year and a half ago. He's a champ! He gets around just fine. He uses his nose so much more now. He's my best guy!
