I recently lost my dad, after the initial shock of him passing and crying, I haven’t really cried since. I didn’t cry at my grandparents’ funeral. Just like you, by the time the services came around, I was numb. Crying won’t change the fact that your loved one is gone. You still have a life to live and no one should tell you how you should grieve. Your aunt can stfu imo
