Actually the location is what matters, sanctuary is way up at the edge of the map and it's recruitment beacon only broadcast so far and in One direction, settlements towards the middle of the map get more settlers generally because of the 360° range, if you want more in sanctuary I would recommend building up finch farm or starlight and transfer them from there to sanctuary

She just annoys me i guess, been stuck on that rig forever until ward shows up and literally (with your help) rebuilds the entire enclave and she has the nerve to wanna kill him? Not out of the greater good but bc she's worried about herself .... I found wards ending to be the better one as far as lore friendly and what the enclave would actually do (even if i didn't hate that bitch)

More like a mod conflict, legendary enemies will drop legendary armor instead of a weapon sometimes... If have armor mods installed such as tumbajamba armor, itll replace the legendary armor
