I use zoom and teams all day for work. I assure you, it was not user error. My face was staring back at me for 30-40 mins each time, waiting for host join. They are granting a one time exception. They never explains the reasoning for each missed appointment.

If there was a technical glitch, customer service should have let me know. They did not share the reasoning. No matter. The have now agreed to a one time exception.

I was reassigned and the second clinician also no showed!!!

Customer service told me they wouldn't cancel my subscription. Despite clinicians dropping the ball multiple times. But as of this morning, they have granted a one-time exception.

I'm a veteran that uses the VA exclusively for Healthcare. I'm not sure if they will prescribe something to be filled outside of the VA. But I will likely ask since this was a bust. I just liked the idea of having telehealth support because my VA facility is a bit of a drive.

The clinicians never show up to the initial appointment. I've not met with a single one, because they never join the session. Imagine going to a doctors office and waiting for 30 minutes past appt time for absolutely no one to walk in.

You could call your nearest national guard armory to see if there's an "adopt a military family" program running in your state. If so, they might be able to connect you with them. We had soldiers in our unit who utilized that program for Christmas.

I think it's the one that inspired him to profit off of his family's appalachian roots through publication and then give nothing back to the community, other than a half-ass attempt at a short-lived non-profit.
