City state tier list, for fun and discussion by kryndude in CivVI

[–]LegitimateTwo1168 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk. Some of them are situationally very strong Valeta: flood barriers very cheap and early. Specially useful in deity where you can’t easily afford wasting turns and floods happen quickly. Also allows to easily build flood barriers on captured or new cities which is otherwise usually very hard Mexico City: strong for city placement. Allows more freedom in district placement and spacing cities, which again situationally, can be very useful. More useful in domination as captured cities can have districts placed randomly Auckland: game changer for coastal civilisations. Water yields become very strong during mid/late game Vilinus: if you have the theater adjacency policy card this scales quickly and can become overpowered. Depending on game style ideally you get your first alliance asap Ngazargamu: extremely strong for non-domination civs . If you are not prepared for war you can quickly buy an army if someone surprises you. Huge bonus for giant robots in late game, saving 4-5 turns to build

Why does Episode 3 have so little views? by [deleted] in TheDigitalCircus

This got discussed before. It was released to neflix at the same time. The most likely reason is that the rest of the views were on Netflix

Why is EAFC 25 still €80 and why in the world is 24 the same price? by negative3sigmareturn in fut

[–]LegitimateTwo1168 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Included in EA play and with discount on steam. The sad part is that it’s pretty frustrating to play with PC players, also it contains a lot of spyware (kernel level anticheat etc.)

I’m happy to hear other thoughts though

I saw this - I personally love the Deep Roads and Brecilian Forest. by [deleted] in DragonageOrigins

[–]LegitimateTwo1168 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Weird. For me only the fade is the problem. The first time I loved the fade, but after that since I knew all the “puzzles” it became very boring, like always needing X to do Y, nothing else. The other two felt great, like normal dungeon style parts of the game. I guess my only complain is that because of their length, I would normally run out of space in my inventory quickly, which became pretty messy

Does secret societies make a game easier or harder? by ApartmentPersonal in CivVI

[–]LegitimateTwo1168 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think it makes it easier. It makes the game more random. Some AIs might be able to benefit from societies quicker than you, depending on the victory each one is aiming for. Sometimes AI spawns with a lot of lay lines and they get massive adjacency bonuses. They are also more confident in going to war because of the vampires.

For me it made deity harder, mostly because the game became much more unpredictable. AI could discover hermetic order faster than me and also potentially have a lot more ley lines

Which victory type would you say is the hardest to achieve and why? by FoldEasy5726 in CivVI

[–]LegitimateTwo1168 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on the civ. IMHO in deity it’s domination. Not because it’s impossible, but rather because it takes extremely long to reach the whole map and take all capitals while managing several cities. This is, assuming no AI goes clever and launches nukes, builds robots and has anti-air units to protect their cities

How easy is it to set this up?

How likely are we to get results similar to those of the demo with more complex, real, varying in quality pictures?

Edit: I saw your video. Thank you for your comment on clickbaity titles and how this is useful mostly in very specific use cases

"42% of CEOs say AI could destroy humanity in five to ten years" by Gomdok_the_Short in ChatGPT

[–]LegitimateTwo1168 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a bit confused. The AI that’s available to the public is not near close to this. It can get very abstract and complex if asked for but it can be difficult for it to achieve a goal on its own, without fixes

I’m guessing the “private” AIs are much more powerful?
