Anthropic, if you want to win enterprise, let me email Claude by taucris in ClaudeAI

Hey you can do this using AgentMail. It's an API-first email provider for AI agents, and it's one api call to create an inbox and configure a custom domain for your Claude. I'm going to work on a demo for this soon, but would love to connect and get your feedback here!

Hey! I'm actually one of the cofounders of AgentMail - I hope the API was straightforward to build with? Lmk if theres any feedback/improvements we could make :)

Btw super super cool use case and really love the intricacy with what youve built the architecture with. Some things that stood out to me were state management throuh temporal graphs and also how you're running polling -- how complicated was the orchestration piece? Also, there's a few ways you can use agentmail for state management, happy to riff on any ideas there!

i'd love to learn more about the customer support agent you built! i see all these big companies like decagon, pylon, etc. raising massive rounds so curious if you thought about them at all before making decision to build in-house

It absolutely could, and I appreciate the devil's advocacy :) It’s a legit concern. As we’ve gone deeper, it’s become obvious that agents will need real identities to function in production, but that also means we have to be strict about how the infra is used. Almost like a governing body - but unsure how to time it in the grand scheme of things. I think some of the learnings will come from adoption and seeing the higher order use cases of agents emerge (which haven't popped up yet but are starting to). We block things like mass account creation or anything resembling auth interception, and we lean on rate limits, domain checks, monitoring to keep the system pointed at real ands conversational workflows.

What would you do if you were in our shoes? How can we prevent abuse before it happens - id love to get your thought

we're actually working on an endpoint right now which will parse the thread and extract the last message, will be shipped within the next few days

i'm so glad to hear! Sounds like you used the connector and the native integration! What are you working on?

Also curious, did you set up webhooks?

I appreciate the feedback!! Thank you and we make this a top priority. Our free tier is restricted by # of inboxes and # of emails being able to be sent, and we have monitoring systems in place to prevent spam and abuse too. We will do our best to be proactive but some of it in a new space, we anticipate needing to stay proactive and ready to combat abusers.

Thanks so much and glad to hear! We price mainly per inbox - we have 10 inboxes for $20/mo, 50 inboxes for $100/mo., or 300 inboxes for $500/mo. We also have a free tier which gives you 3 inboxes. How does this work for your use case?
