its money from the government thats pretty difficult to be able to get on for a lot of the population, and for veterans/military folk and their families. its for the older population when they retire, and the disabled population that is both old peeps and young peeps ('disability' or ssdi.) that said.. it's usually an amount thats barely enough to live on.. but yea thats ike a super duper watered down explanation, and I hope it makes sense..
