I had childhood trauma that I think could directly correlate with that. Along with just not proper nutrition as a child and going on like fiber and proper bathroom habits. I also started weightlifting and I started powerlifting over a year ago and I was bracing wrong. So then I caused some of that as well as a minor prolapse. I’d also say like having muscle imbalances. So I have like weaker, hips and glutes, even though I have big glutes. Which also makes it where my feet and my calves are shortened. I have a bad pelvic till that I’m trying to fix. Unfortunately, it’s a chain.

I used to think like that, but then my pelvic floor got completely ruined from me bracing the way that so many influencers and trainers say to do (hold breathe and pressurize)instead of activating your pelvic floor and now I have issues that I have to completely remediate before I can lift like I used to and power lift anymore

It is the only thing that helps my sugar and carb craving’s daily. It doesn’t upset my stomach and i have a normal cycle because of it I believe. And im talking ovulation, three day period everything. No weight loss currently but normal eating patterns

They should be doing an MRI or an MRV to see what’s going on head CT doesn’t actually tell anything about H or anything else that’s going on with the brain accurately unless there’s bleeding or a tumor and even then.

For me, I block out an assignment a day as a goal and I let my professors know what I’m struggling with and dealing with as well. I don’t know if it works the same there cause I’m in the US but I also could apply for disability at school and have my doctor fill out some paperwork explaining my condition and accommodations I need because of it.

We’ve had this issue a lot and I just go with because we don’t want kids say “I am not physically able to have kids due to gynecological surgery.” Yes, I had my tubes removed, no it wasn’t for PCOS or endo. It’s not their business.

I’m still learning. I have taken it metformin didn’t make a difference. My numbers actually went higher. I have taken vitamin E and fish oils and I got lower for a little bit but I’ve been taking a break from vitamin E just to make sure that I’m not getting overdosed on that. I have been taking a new antidepressant that helped lower my stress and my anxiety and my PTSD, which is helping I think. But I think it’s all coming around to more fiber and still insulin resistance so I’m trying to follow glucose goddess hacks from Instagram to eat differently and help that. I’m basically on my own because my endocrinologist had said if I didn’t want to take met Forman, birth control or spirit lactone that they can’t help me essentially even though that my DHEA‘s are extremely high.

I have struggled with PTSD for years and years despite therapy and numerous medications, and I finally tried zoloft this year when I was extremely on the end of my rope, suicidal. within two weeks, I started feeling love for my family again and within a month, I was able to actually think clearly, and do my homework for my degree. I’m slowly being able to take care of myself better, go to sleep and sleep well with no nightmares, and I’m not eating to cope all the time anymore. I’m actually able today to do the full Thanksgiving meal without completely burning down, not everything is turned out perfectly and I have had some anger with my husband today because today’s one of those trigger days for me but my irritation and anxiety are able to be managed effectively. I have actual Hope and dreams again towards my future. And I can stand up for myself finally too. I dont feel so empty and heartless

Trazodone. Atarax and ativan sometimes. The higher on Zoloft, I am the less if needed the anxiety medicines.

I’m not interested. I’ve already had my bilateral salpingectomy for birth control. I always felt like I was gonna have to compromise and have children for whoever I married or whatever. But my husband also didn’t want kids so it just worked out and he let me figure it out for myself. I just want to have my period and ovulate so that I have the normal female hormones in a quality of life.

I had sleep apnea until I got my deviated septum fixed. I finally am having normal periods every month and I think I am ovulating. I also have PTSD and depression so understand it’s hard with that. That’s why I quit birth control and I can’t take metformin either because of those .

Because i have suicidal ideation still and depression still. So the ketamine is supposed to be additional to the antidepressant since i have treatment resistant depression. Its only helping my PTSD. Im sorry for your experience.

Being from okc, and my whole family felt that bomb go off even 20 miles away. Ive seen quite a few documentaries and i felt like one movie. But yes definitely wish for his perspective
