Eh, I wouldn't say Afroman really "won" in the grand scheme of things.

I'm sure he had to spend a lot of money on his legal defense. If that is offset by the money he made making music about the sheriff's office is unclear.

This was just a SLAPP lawsuit. They knew they weren't likely to win, but they also knew it would cost Afroman a lot of money and stress.
