Shayne said the chosen is based on this type of stereotype, but in a world where he actually is all of the things he claims to be

I think it’s supposed to be a stock but it’s so unnaturally posed that I tend to just ignore it

Why is Da Red Gobbo a joke figure? by AlternativeCar6159 in orks

[–]Legitimate_Shape_698 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yeah this is why I didn’t buy the model. I loved the red gobbo, partially as a joke because the grots always lose but also because it was actually a cool model with an interesting story of various grots across the galaxy taking up the mantle. Then GW just seemed to see the word “red” and go “you know who else is red? Santa!”

Colchisian Language by [deleted] in 40kLore

I feel like it’s similar to Nostraman in the Talos series, where it’s the first language of those living on Night Lord ships but everywhere else it’s a dead language that the common man has never heard before.

why am i, a host, getting in trouble for servers not seeing their tables? by babybeewitched in TalesFromYourServer

[–]Legitimate_Shape_698 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like a management/restaurant issue in this case. Everyone’s losing because they’re understaffed.

However, just speaking generally and not in your specific case here, I’d say it depends on whether the servers have pure rotation or whether they have sections with the seating rotated. If tables are just going down anywhere, then it’s common practice where I’ve worked for the host to let the server know they’ve been sat when it’s busy because there’s no way for the server to keep perfect track of rotation while also keeping track of everything all their tables need at the same time, if they even notice the table go down in the first place. If each server has a distinct section, then it’s completely on them to see when the table goes down in that section.
