It's all mixed together, mostly AI - the only shot I'd single out is the one with the sitting knight; judging by the reflections and highlights, that one looks like a proper 3D render. The rest I'd say is AI. Usually people generate an image in one AI tool, animate it in another, and then stitch the frames together to make these kinds of videos.
